Jason Pappas

Welcome to Coughlincars.com exclusive First Responders’ network. We are glad you are here and are honored to recognize and reward your service. My name is Jason Pappas, and I come from a family of first responders who understand the sacrifices you make. I have been a police officer for 31 years and have served as President of FOP Lodge 9 and currently serve as Vice President of the Ohio FOP. My dad is a retired firefighter, my son is in the Air Force, and my extended family includes many veterans, firefighters, and prosecutors. I appreciate you and look forward to satisfying your car buying experience.

In addition to serving the community as a first responder, I am involved in many charitable causes, including being a Pelotonia fundraiser and rider, I co-chair Guns n’ Hoses charitable boxing event, and I am a financial donor to the faith-based restoration center Teen Challenge as well as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. I have a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, serve on several committees, and love to read in my free time. I live in Pataskala with my wife, Julie and have two adult children.

Mark Thomas

"Hello. Welcome to Coughlin Automotive Group. I am Mark Thomas and am honored to be part of the First Responders Sales Team for Coughlin Automotive Group. At Coughlin, we truly appreciate our first responders. I spent my forty year career as a first responder. I started as a volunteer firefighter, an MP in the U.S. Army and then spent thirty-two years as a police officer with Whitehall, Ohio PD. Following my retirement from the PD, I spent four years as the director of public safety for the City of Gahanna where I grew up and currently live with my wife Karen.

I have been a "VETT NUT" (current Corvette license plate) since the age of 13 and bought my first Corvette when I was 22. Since then, I have owned fifteen Corvettes and currently have a 2021 HTC Corvette. My other hobbies include photography, flying small airplanes and helping raise money for children’s charities. Most importantly, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, their families and our three grandchildren.
